Bikes shipped to your home are 85% assembled in a box and require some basic mechanical setup. Alternatively, you can choose 'Click & Collect' to have your bike professionally built and safety-checked by our mechanics for free.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that bikes that have been ridden cannot be returned for a change of mind.
