Merida One Forty 600 Mountain Bike (2018)

Merida One-Forty 600 is an aggressive all-mountain dual suspension mountain bike. Aimed at riders who like the flexibility to ride all day but also push the limits on the technical trails and descents.

The Merida One-Forty 600 features a frame that takes a lot of its cues from its big brother the One–Sixty. Made from 6066 Aluminium, it utilises a “Float Link” suspension design to keep the back end feeling plush whilst still providing efficient pedalling. The frame also has a slack 66.3 degree head angle to provide confidence when the trail turns steep.

Merida One-Forty 600 features a modern trail bike geometry with short chainstays, a long reach and low centre of gravity. With 140mm travel in the rear and 150mm up front, the bike is designed to take on big descents, while still providing an efficient climb back to the top. Float Link suspension delivers pedalling efficiency and great support in mid travel. 

The new One-Forty 600 is staying ahead of the trend coming spec’d with SLX 1 x drivertain, combined with Race Face crank for simple accurate shifting. A dropper seat post offers easy seat adjustment on the go, and tyre clearance up to 2.6” allows the flexibility to fit the right tyres for any terrain.
